Here you'll find a number of questions that are frequently asked regarding our landscaping and design services. This set of questions and answers will help you sort out some of the queries that you might have when looking to design and construct your dream garden.

What are the services you offer for landscaping?

We provide turn-key services from design to construction complete with planting for your garden. We also provide after-care management and maintenance service for your garden on ad-hoc basis.

 

How do you operate?

If you are looking to proceed with our services, we call out to the site, do a detailed site survey and then design based on your requirements and wish lists. We try to accommodate all the details and ideas that you have but also provide our expert opinion based on our 20 years of garden design and construction experience. If you are satisfied with the design and costings, we proceed to the construction stage and planting so as to complete the process. We have dedicated design and construction specialists who will always be with you throughout the process.

 

How long does it take to complete?

The design process generally takes 2-4 weeks. Upon confirmation, we proceed to construction which typically takes another 2-3 weeks to complete.

What information do I need to provide?

We would request for the following information:

  • Location of your garden

  • Site plan or photos of your garden.

  • A wish list or general idea of what you are looking to have in your garden.

  • Inspirational images of elements that you might like from the internet.

 

Do you charge for the design service?

Yes. There is a nominal design and on-site consultation fee. It depends on your location, your requirements and the size of your garden. The fee includes site survey, design and an itemized quotation so you have everything you need to know for the construction of your garden.
